In this special New Year's episode, we will unwrap two of the Holy Spirits gifts to us and that is the gift of JOY and PEACE. I asked my new friend in Christ to help me unwrap it. For today's episode, Karen Dittman joins me in unwrapping it. Karen is a mom who and she and her husband Michael have co-authored Thriving in Grace: Unleashing Wellness from a Biblical Perspective and The Fruit of Gratitude. Karen brings hope for you to find you can thrive and be at peace in the midst of your own chaotic life.
